Ingredients

  • 1 caput of cauliflower, broken into florets (any colour works!)
  • 1 head of broccoli, broken into florets
  • one cup farro, boiled until tender
  • About a loving cup of sprouts
  • Roughly iv cups thinly sliced kale
  • About two cups cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 loving cup coconut milk (light is fine),
  • ane/4th cup harissa paste
  • A few Tbs. fresh lime juice (to taste)
  • About half a cup of coconut flakes, lightly toasted
  • Common salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400. Place the cauliflower and broccoli on a big rimmed baking canvass. Drizzle with a Tbs. of extra-virgin olive oil, season with table salt and roast for 30 minutes.
